This document is an official offer (public offer) of an individual entrepreneur Darya Dmitrievna Gaidovskaya (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely under the conditions set out below.
Making an order by the Buyer on the MiLis website means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1. General provisions
1.1. The seller sells cosmetics through an online store (website, social networks, messengers).
1.2. This offer regulates the relationship between the Seller and any natural or legal person who placed an order (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1.3. Information about products is posted on the website and is public.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of cosmetic products to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the order.
2.2. The name, quantity, price and other characteristics of the product are specified in the Buyer's order.
3. Making an order
3.1. The Order is placed by the Buyer using:

4. Product price and payment procedure

— other methods specified by the Seller.

4.3. The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds to the Seller's account.
4.4. The product is transferred to the Buyer only after full payment.
5. Delivery and transfer of goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out by delivery services.
5.2. The shipping cost is determined by the carrier's tariffs.
5.3. The risk of accidental damage to the product passes to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the product to the delivery service.
6. Return and exchange
6.1. Refund is possible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55).
6.3. Defective goods must be replaced or refunded after an expert review.
7. Rights and obligations of the parties

9. Responsibility of the parties
9.1.The Parties are responsible in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for the work of the delivery services and delays caused by them.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.
10. Validity period of the offer
10.1. The Offer is valid indefinitely and can be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
10.2. The current version of the offer is always posted on the website.
